With extensive experience in the racing industry we were thrilled to get back on the track and organise the Western Health Community Raceday.

The event raised over $100,000 thanks to the generosity of it’s 350 guests and race sponsors. This money will be used to purchase a much needed ultrasound machine for maternity services at Sunshine Hospital.
Everyone had a great time and guests have commented that it’s the best one yet!

White Knight Events provided end to end management of the event including detailed event programming to coincide with the races. We developed the budget, promotional campaigns, event program & other collateral & AV, oversaw ticketing, liaised with guests, created comprehensive documentation, managed relationships with all stakeholders (including the venue, MC, donors, stall holders, volunteers etc) and leveraged sponsors.

We handled the logistics and operations on the day and ensured smooth transitions ensuring all parties were highly satisfied.

Throughout the planning process we worked with a Western Health committee which provided ongoing directive and objectives. We also worked alongside their internal team and volunteers during operations providing detailed briefs for all stakeholders.

Guests enjoyed a jam packed program including nine races, a punters club, silent & live auctions, other fundraising activations, a guest speaker and Fashions on the Field.
