A Night for Nights was an incredible event with everyone hitting the dance floor at the end of the night. Over half a million dollars was raised by 830 guests which will be used to provide retreat accommodation at no cost for people and their families dealing with the challenges of breast cancer.

White Knight Events has extensive experience in large scale charity gala dinners, having organised them all over Australia, so we were excited to bring this event to life. we produced and managed the entire event leaving the OTIS team to concentrate on the important aspects including messaging and donor leverage.

We were responsible for all organisational and logistical elements from planning, development, execution and wrap up including financial management, critical paths, venue & AV management, sponsorship & guest liaison, management of safety, websites, activations, collateral and all logistics on the night including bump in and out.

We received incredible, positive feedback from all involved parties and were immediately signed on to manage their next ball which we cannot wait for.

We had such s great time working with the OTIS Foundation team and we are thankful for the opportunity to produce this event for such a worthy cause.
